Bought my first Rolex here (which I had dreamt about for the last 10 years), and it was truly a terrific “life milestone” experience. You can certainly buy luxury watches at OG stores or mom-and-pop dealers in Pasar Baru or Blok M. But for the same price (which they do offer) I would much rather shop here. This is probably the closest luxury experience you can get to buying from an authorised dealer. If I'm buying a luxury watch, I definitely want the shop's surroundings and vibe to feel luxurious as well. The staff acted like true consultants rather than just salespeople. They helped me understand which watches suited me and even explained why I felt indecisive about certain models. Special thanks to Mas Miftah from Luzehouze.

Had a great shopping experience in Luxehouze, especially with Thomas & Hendrik who assist my mother and I patiently to choose a watch. My mom has been looking for a specific watch for years and so happy that finally she got her wishlist here.
