Inspired by the mysterious 74 straps in the Panerai museum, Gunny straps remakes it to have the same vintage look but with a new and clean feeling. Elegant vintage, raw-cut edges, no distressing, with the mysterious “74” still with our signature complex color hue.
74 series is designed and created, especially for Panerai enthusiasts. The number written on the strap “74” was written on the straps of a 6152/1 Panerai with Angelus movement that is now displayed at the Panerai museum. There are many legends on why this “74” was written on the straps, where the common belief is that it is used by one of the Black Seals during their underwater SLC mission.
Thickness: approx. 3 – 4 mm (2 layers) for tail/long side and +/- 5mm (3 layers) for buckle/short side.
