Luxehouze lives up to its name: a place where luxury meets genuine service. I’m especially glad to see Pak Fandi at the helm. It’s his first month here, but our history goes back some way—he’s handled my business before, from his time at Grand Seiko and Pacific Place, and now once again, with care and integrity. His presence makes me trust Luxehouze all the more. The space itself is as polished as its people: thoughtful service, a warm welcome, excellent coffee, and even a carpet that seems to invite you to linger a little longer. A fine experience, through and through. I look forward to returning.

Had a great shopping experience in Luxehouze, especially with Thomas & Hendrik who assist my mother and I patiently to choose a watch. My mom has been looking for a specific watch for years and so happy that finally she got her wishlist here. I can easily say that the shopping experience is nice, the ambience of the store is cozy, the goods are all authentic and they have varieties of great selections.
