You can certainly buy luxury watches at OG stores or mom-and-pop dealers in Pasar Baru or Blok M. But for the same price (which they do offer) I would much rather shop here. This is probably the closest luxury experience you can get to buying from an authorised dealer. If I'm buying a luxury watch, I definitely want the shop's surroundings and vibe to feel luxurious as well. The staff acted like true consultants rather than just salespeople. Had a great shopping experience in Luxehouze, especially with Thomas & Hendrik who assist my mother and I patiently to choose a watch.
