You can certainly buy luxury watches at OG stores or mom-and-pop dealers in Pasar Baru or Blok M. But for the same price (which they do offer) I would much rather shop here. This is probably the closest luxury experience you can get to buying from an authorised dealer. If I'm buying a luxury watch, I definitely want the shop's surroundings and vibe to feel luxurious as well.
The staff acted like true consultants rather than just salespeople. They helped me understand which watches suited me and even explained why I felt indecisive about certain models.

I met Fel at an exhibition, and she has been very responsible in following up ever since. During our store visit, she was friendly, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Her professional and thoughtful service made us feel very comfortable and reassured. Highly recommended.

Had a great shopping experience in Luxehouze, especially with Thomas & Hendrik who assist my mother and I patiently to choose a watch. My mom has been looking for a specific watch for years and so happy that finally she got her wishlist here. I can easily say that the shopping experience is nice, the ambience of the store is cozy, the goods are all authentic and they have varieties of great selections.
