We will list your item for sale and offer it to our global network of clientele. Finally, once your item is sold, we will transfer the payment within three business days.

Directly sell your item in four easy steps. First, fill out our online form with your item information. We will conduct an appraisal and share an estimate within 48 hours. Second, wait for our watch specialist to contact you regarding the sale. Next, drop your luxury item in our flagship store. Our experts will authenticate and inspect the watch. Finally, once the inspection is completed, we will transfer the payment upto 24 hours.

Trade in your item for a new item in four easy steps. First, fill out our online form with your item information. We will conduct an appraisal and share an estimate within 48 hours.  Second, wait for our watch specialist to contact you regarding the trade-in. Next, drop your luxury item in our flagship store. Our experts will authenticate and inspect the watch. Finally, once the inspection is completed, pay the difference and bring home your new item.

To ensure only authentic high-quality items are sold at Luxehouze, we implement strict and meticulous terms and conditions for you to be approved as a seller. We select only trusted parties with proven credibility to join our group of sellers. As a part of the assessment process, our team will give you a brief call and conduct a survey before we approve your registration.

We have a long list of global clientele and a group of resellers. We will drive potential buyers to your item, increasing the chance of your item getting sold faster. Our experienced team will also help you with inventory management and product exposure.

The selling price for each item will be based on an agreement between the seller and Luxehouze. The seller proposes a price to Luxehouze. Luxehouze will then determine the price based on the condition of the item and the market at the time of selling.

We accept both New and Used watches brands. Items must meet our condition standards

For Watches:

If your item is worth more than IDR 50 mio, the commission fee we charge is 2% of the selling price.

If your item is worth less than IDR 50 mio, the commission fee we charge is 5% of the selling price with minimum fee of 2 mio.

For Hermes:

If your item is an Hermès Birkin or Kelly and worth more than IDR 50 mio, we charge 3% of the selling price.

If your item is other Hermès models, we charge 5% of the selling price.

We accept both Brand New/Unworn and Used/Pre-owned luxury items from certain brands that are listed at our marketplace. To get listed, each item must meet our standards and be in certain conditions.

We implement a comprehensive procedure to ensure the authenticity of every luxury item sold at Luxehouze. Each item must pass a thorough authenticity and quality check done by our team of experts. After that, we continue with a completeness check to ensure all the accompanying items and documents are included.

We have a team of professional authenticators that performs authenticity checks. They examine each product’s physical condition. They also conduct completeness checks to ensure all the accompanying items and documents are included. For us, product integrity should not be compromised.

We suggest you take the photos with a white background and from several angles that clearly show the details of the item. You also need to ensure that you submit only high-resolution photos because, at Luxehouze, products with high-quality photos are proven to sell faster.

We have certain guidelines you need to follow. First, you need to submit clear photos and a product description of the item you’re selling. Second, any issues with the item, including scratches, flaws, and damages, must be photographed and stated clearly in the product description. Third, the item you’re selling must be in your possession, and it must be one that you intend to sell and ship. If you fail to meet any of these requirements, we will have to reject your listing request.

To make sure only secure transactions occur, we reject items that show any indication of not being 100% authentic and don’t meet our standard guidelines.

Yes. Our team will inform you if a buyer has made a confirmation that they will purchase your item. We will then proceed to the administrative matters.
