The selling price for each item will be based on an agreement between the seller and Luxehouze. The seller proposes a price to Luxehouze. Luxehouze will then determine the price based on the condition of the item and the market at the time of selling.

For luxury watches:

• If your item is worth more than IDR 50,000,000, we charge 2% of the selling price.
• If your item is worth less than IDR 50,000,000, we charge 5% of the selling price, with a minimum charge of Rp2.000.000,-.
  
  For Hermès bags:
• If your item is an Hermès Birkin or Kelly and worth more than IDR 50,000,000, we charge 3% of the selling price.
  For other Hermès models, we charge 5% of the selling price.

We suggest you take the photos with a white background and from several angles that clearly show the details of the item. You also need to ensure that you submit images in high-resolution because, at Luxehouze, products with high-quality photos are proven to sell faster.
