Bought my first Rolex here (which I had dreamt about for the last 10 years), and it was truly a terrific “life milestone” experience. You can certainly buy luxury watches at OG stores or mom-and-pop dealers in Pasar Baru or Blok M. But for the same price (which they do offer) I would much rather shop here. This is probably the closest luxury experience you can get to buying from an authorised dealer. If I'm buying a luxury watch, I definitely want the shop's surroundings and vibe to feel luxurious as well. The staff acted like true consultants rather than just salespeople.
