Founded in 1860 in Florence, Italy by Giovanni Panerai, Panerai combines Italian design, Swiss technology, as well as passion for the sea and incorporates these essences into their timepieces. The company is now based in Switzerland, the country known for its watchmaking.

The Panerai Submersible S BRABUS Blue Shadow Edition is the result of the collaboration of the Florence-born watchmaker with world renowned luxury mobility brand BRABUS. The the 47 mm case composed of titanium using method of 3D printing technology that produces strong yet lightweight structures. Both the unidirectional rotating bezel and the lever of the crown protector are made from Carbotech. Water-resistance is guaranteed up to a pressure of 30 bar (approximately 300 metres / 1,000 feet).
