WHY ARE MY LISTINGS BEING REJECTED?
We require clear photos and product descriptions that follow our guidelines. The items that you sell on the marketplace must be in your possession and one that you intend to sell and ship. Any issues such as scratch, flaw, or damage should be clearly stated in the product description and photographed.
HOW SHOULD I TAKE PHOTOS OF THE ITEM THAT I WANT TO SELL?
We suggest taking your listing photographs with a white background and from several angles that clearly show the detail on your item. Please ensure that you only submit high-resolution photos as listings with good quality photos are shown to sell faster on Luxehouze. Check our photo guidelines here.
WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER MY ITEM HAS BEEN SOLD?
If you are our premium seller, you do not need to do anything when your item is sold. We will get the item ready and ship it to the buyer. However, as a regular seller, you need to send your item to the Luxehouze flagship store within 2 days after the order is confirmed for appraisal. If you are unable to send the item within the time given, the order will be cancelled, and your seller account will be suspended for 1 month.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEMS DO NOT PASS THE APPRAISAL?
For the safety of every transaction, we reject items that show any indication of not being 100% authentic or do not meet our standard guidelines.
HOW DOES LUXEHOUZE CONDUCT APPRAISAL?
We work to ensure the authenticity of the watches bought and sold through Luxehouze. Each watch must pass a thorough quality and authenticity check, we then list each watch with our quality team and seller to perform a completeness check.
How do I get approval as Seller ?
We quite selective to accept group of Dealers to ensure authentic items and quality. Our team will do quick call and survey before your registration getting approved
What does Luxehouze accept Brand condition ?
We accept both New and Used watches brands. Items must meet our condition standards
How Luxehouze ensure product authentication?
We have professional authenticator to check physical product and product completeness. We will not compromise the product integrity.
What's benefit become Luxehouze' Dealer?

How do I define selling price ?
Selling price will define by Seller, not Luxehouze. We suggest Dealer provide best price on Luxehouze
How do I know my product has been sold?
Our team will inform you if Buyer confirm to purchase the product, and process for the administrative things
How do I product consignment on Luxehouze ?
Drop off your product items in Our Private Boutique and agreed by sign product receipt form.
Is there any Admin Fee to join on Luxehouze?
No. We only charge 3% Selling Fee for Regular Listing and 2% Selling Fee for Premium Listing, which based on both parties agreed
How much do I earn?
The more you listing Inventory, the more you earn. % of the selling price for your items are based on both parties agreed
